Gluten-Free Yellow Cake Recipe

 

Use Bosquet Gluten-free Yellow Cake Mix for moist and delicious gluten-free cakes and cupcakes.


Ingredients

  • Bosquet Gluten-Free Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. softened, unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup water

9” Round Cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease 9-inch round cake pan.
  3. Add eggs to small bowl, whip with fork.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and thoroughly mix.
  5. Pour batter into pan.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

DO NOT EAT RAW CAKE BATTER

Cupcakes:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Combine mix, eggs, water and butter.
  3. Fill cupcake tins ¾ of the way with batter.
  4. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

DO NOT EAT RAW CAKE BATTER

Yields 14 cupcakes.
