Gluten-Free Waffle Recipe


Make delicious, light, fluffy waffles for the whole family using Bosquet Gluten-Free Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix.

4" Waffle (makes 1)

• 1/2 cup Waffle Mix

• 1 1/2 fl. oz. Water

7" Waffle (makes 1)

  1. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat.
  2. Combine all ingredients in bowl and thoroughly mix batter until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease wafflee iron and add batter filling iron until ¾ full.
  4. Cook until golden brown.
  5. Adjust consistency by adding more or less water.
