Gluten-Free Rosemary and Garlic Breadsticks Recipe


Use Bosquet Gluten-free Pizza Crust Mix to make these delicious garlic and rosemary breadsticks. They're great with any meal and perfect for dipping.

Garlic & Rosemary Breadsticks:


• 1 Bag of Bosquet Gluten-Free Pizza Dough Mix (1lb.)
• 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 egg, large
• 7 fl. oz. water

Topping Ingredients

• 4 Tbsp. olive oil
• 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
• 2 tsp. tablespoon garlic powder
• 2 tsp. chopped rosemary


1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Prepare Bosquet Gluten-Free Pizza Dough as instructed on package, making sure dough is not too sticky or too dry (more water or brown rice flour can be added as needed to help dough reach the proper consistency)
3. Divide dough into 10-12 evenly sized portions
4. Roll each portion into a 6-inch x 1-inch log and place on greased cookie sheet
5. Use brush to spread garlic and rosemary topping generously onto each breadstick
6. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
