Gluten-Free Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Recipe


Use Bosquet Gluten-free Sugar Cookie Mix to make these rich delicious chocolate crinkle cookies.


1 bag 1 lb. Bosquet Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie Mix

1 egg, large

6 Tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine, softened

2 Tbsp. water

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup powdered sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar, in a medium sized bowl and thoroughly mix until dough holds together
  3. Pour powdered sugar onto separate plate
  4. Roll dough into 24 1-inch balls
  5. Roll balls in powdered sugar until lightly coated, brush off excess
  6. Place dough balls two inches apart on cookie sheet
  7. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until tops are cracked and edges
  8. Remove pan from oven and let cookies cool completely
