Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars:

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Bosquet Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1 egg, large
  • 8 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 tsp. water
  • ½ cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Prepare Bosquet Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix as instructed on package
  3. Mix in peanut butter
  4. Grease 8-inch x 8-inch pan or line with parchment pan
  5. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  6. Remove pan from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan
  7. Cut and serve
