Your gluten-free breakfast doesn't need to be boring! Put a delicious fall twist on your waffles using Bosquet Gluten-Free Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix.
- 1 cup of Bosquet Gourmet Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 6 Tbsp of water
- 4 Tbsp of canned pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp of pumpkin pie spice
- Lightly grease and preheat waffle iron to medium heat
- Mix all ingredients until well combined
- Fill waffle iron with ½ batter
- Cook until golden brown (or until green done light goes off on waffle maker)
- Repeat for second waffle
- Top with butter, maple syrup, walnuts, and/or whip cream!!!
